As the startup wanted to emphasize its location as based in Seattle where numerous tech and software engineering companies thrive, I corporated Seattle’s most famousu landmark, Spaceneedle, into the logo.
By using unified and rounded-corner designs in each letter, I inteded the design to resemble doors and windows, which are great symbols representing connections and interactions between people that UniLab Hub aims to do by bridging the gap.
The combination of navy and white gives a sleek and a minimalistic feeling, again enforcing the idea of a modern startup whose target customers are mostly fellow startups.
